Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because this is a yearlong, cohort-based fellowship, the quality and integrity of the experience depend on stable participation and consistent group dynamics. For this reason, changes to enrollment after the cohort begins are limited, and participants are asked to discern carefully before committing.

Annual One-Time Payment
Participants who enroll using the annual one-time payment option may request cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the cohort start date. After this period, the annual payment is non-refundable. This is due to the immediate release of program materials, coaching access, and the reservation of a cohort seat for the full program term.

Monthly Subscription Payment
Participants enrolled under the monthly subscription payment plan may cancel after the first fourteen (14) days of the cohort start date. Cancellations made after this period are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to three (3) monthly payments (3 × $499 = $1,497). This fee reflects the reserved cohort seat, program access, and administrative costs associated with the cohort structure.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Upon confirmation of cancellation, access to program materials and live sessions will be terminated. No refunds or fee waivers will be issued outside the terms stated above.

Participants are encouraged to discern carefully before enrolling, as this fellowship is designed as a full-year commitment.
