I have spent my professional life building, shaping, and guiding — first as a professional theatre director, and later in higher education as a university professor, program head, and institutional strategist. Across these roles, I focused on designing programs, developing initiatives, and stewarding departments with care, clarity, and long-term vision. My academic and professional credentials include a PhD, MLitt, a PGCE, and two PG Certs, complemented by formal training in business leadership and business strategy.

When I became a homeschooling mother, my professional path shifted, but the work itself remained consistent. I brought that same strategic insight and relational approach into business consulting and mentorship, working alongside women to strengthen their foundations and grow businesses that are both sustainable and meaningful.

At every stage, the throughline has been a commitment to thoughtful leadership and generative support. I believe we are made to lift one another up — to support, nurture, and build together — and that lasting work is best cultivated within strong, values-aligned communities.
