Fiat & Flourish is a yearlong fellowship for Catholic women who desire to build businesses rooted in faith, discernment, and vocation.

This fellowship is grounded in the belief that your work is not separate from your spiritual life—it is one of the ways you live your “yes.” Fiat & Flourish supports women who want to grow businesses that serve their families, honor Church teaching, and reflect a life ordered toward God, while still pursuing excellence, clarity, and sustainable income.

Throughout the year, we integrate practical business strategy with values-based formation, helping you build with patience, prudence, and purpose. In a small, consistent cohort, you’ll receive coaching, community, and structure while journeying alongside women who share your faith commitments and long-term vision.
