Participation in any program is subject to acceptance and availability.

By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

You are enrolling for personal or business use, not for resale

3. Cohort-Based Nature of Services

Our programs are cohort-based and time-bound, meaning participants progress together through the experience over a defined period. The value of the program relies on shared participation, continuity, and group dynamics.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to engage respectfully and professionally within the cohort setting.

4. Payment & Pricing

We offer the following payment options (as applicable):

Annual one-time payment, which includes a discounted rate in exchange for a full-year commitment

Monthly subscription payment, offered at the standard rate

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Annual one-time payments are eligible for cancellation and refund only within 14 days of the cohort start date. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

Monthly subscription payments may be canceled after the first 14 days of the cohort start date, subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to three (3) months of payments.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Upon confirmation of cancellation, access to program materials and live sessions will end.

Participants are encouraged to discern carefully before enrolling, as this fellowship is designed as a full-year commitment.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our website and programs—including videos, worksheets, written content, recordings, and resources—are the intellectual property of In Good Company Business Studio unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or modify any program materials without prior written permission.

7. Participant Conduct

By participating in our programs, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants

Maintain confidentiality of shared personal or business information

Refrain from harassment, solicitation, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these expectations, without refund.

8. Disclaimer

Our programs are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Good Company Business Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website.
